The information we collect is “non-public,” and will remain that way even after
your loan is paid back in full.
Sharing information
PaydayFlash makes every effort to insure that federal standards are abided by.
We will not disclose any information that is not necessary to complete business.
If we do share information, it is not being sold, borrowed or traded for any purpose
whatsoever. All of our employees are expected to comply with the ethics of confidentiality;
it is a company standard. Communications including your personal information may
be necessary to assist in the loan process, but let us assure you that those are
the only circumstances your “non-public” information will be used with affiliates
such as the bank. You will not be solicited or otherwise disturbed by any third
party as a result of business with us.
If for some reason we are required by law to disclose information, we have no choice
but to do so, however, these situations are rare.
Our records
Your personal profile can only be altered by you or someone with your user name
and password. We strongly suggest that you do not disclose your username or password
to anyone. You should be the only one to access this information. If your information
changes and you would like to update it, you may do so after entering your user
name and password. Changes that are made under your user name and password are solely
your responsibility.
When will we contact you?
We will update you on the progress of your loan via email. If there are any technical
difficulties or we need to verify additional information, we will also make you
aware. We will also contact you in the event we need to verify information or request
additional information. Periodically, we may update you on new products and services.
You may choose to unsubscribe or opt out of this service. Simply follow the directions
at the bottom of the email.
