Help-A-Friend Bonus

PaydayFlash Bonus Policy

PaydayFlash currently offers a Help-A-Friend Referral Bonus program (The Bonus) to all customers.

PaydayFlash reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, and if your account is in good standing, you will receive the full Bonus for new friends you have referred under the following terms.

Who May Be Referred?

You must only refer PaydayFlash to individuals with whom you have a pre-existing personal relationship. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not obtain names for referral from group email addresses or email mailing lists. You may not submit yourself for this referral Bonus.

No Spamming

We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited e-mail to numerous recipients ("spamming") and any PaydayFlash user who spams other Internet users for referral Bonuses will have his or her referral link immediately and permanently terminated.

We are committed to providing a convenient and secure lending service and we are committed to do this without the nuisance of unsolicited email. This is something we feel strongly about and vigorously monitor referrals for spam abuse.

How do I report spammers?

If you feel that a PaydayFlash user has spammed you, please forward the email to complants@paydayflash.com. Be sure to forward a copy of the email with full message headers. Also include any other information that can be used to identify the parties involved.

Number of Referral Bonuses

There are no restrictions on the number of Referral Bonuses you may earn.

Bonus Requirements

For each friend that you refer to PaydayFlash who receives a loan, we will deposit a Bonus, under the following guidelines, to your checking account. A customer will only be deemed to have been referred for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions if:

1. They are not a PaydayFlash user at the time of the PaydayFlash Referral.
2. They apply for and receive a PaydayFlash loan.

For all referrals, you must have a PaydayFlash account in good standing.

Bonus Amount and Delivery

The Referral Bonus is $25 per first loan opened. For each new account you refer, you are only eligible to receive one Bonus. This referral Bonus payment will be electronically deposited into your checking account on the next business day.

Method of Referral

To be eligible for the Bonus, the friend must sign up for his or her PaydayFlash loan by going to the PaydayFlash site through your Referral Link or entering your unique Referral ID on the registration page.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Remedies for Your Noncompliance
If PaydayFlash determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you under the referral Bonus program.

Limitation of Liability for PaydayFlash
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PAYDAYFLASH NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICER, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS OFFER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and PaydayFlash with respect to the Bonus.

Variation of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by PaydayFlash in its sole discretion at any time and these amendments and modifications will apply to you when you use the PaydayFlash service. Any such amendments will be posted to this page, and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for such amendments.

Unless otherwise stated, all amounts in these Terms and Conditions are in U.S. Dollars.
