What do I need to get approved for a loan?

What do I do when my loan is due?

When your loan or payment is due, you will receive an email when your payment or payoff has been processed and sent to the bank. Your loan is due and payable on the due date you select when you sign loan documents. You have several payment options to choose from, however, you must ask us for rollovers or extensions. The payment options are as follows, (1). Payoff your loan in full. (2). Pay interest to date only. Option (3) is to pay interest to date, plus any part of your principle balance in $5.00 increments. You may select option 3 without incurring any additional charges.

Can I make payment arrangements to pay my loan over a longer period of time?

You have different payment selections to Refinance/Pay Interest & Fees and Part Principal. You will have the choice to choose how much (in increments of $5) you would like to pay down the principal. However, you only have 10 weeks to pay off your loan in its entirety.


What happens if my bank account doesn’t have funds to cover the loan payment on the due date?

There is a $20 NSF fee on all returned payments on your bank account.


Can I extend my loan forever?

No. Payday loans are short term solutions to meet emergency needs. You may only extend or rollover your loan for a 10 week period maximum.


What repayment options do you offer?

1. You may pay the loan in full.
2. Refinance: Pay interest and fees only.
3. Refinance: Pay interest and any part of your principal balance in increments of $5.00.


When will my payment hit my checking account?

Depending on your bank, the debit may hit your checking account as soon as the next day, or may take up to 2-5 business days to reflect in your account.


What happens if I do not choose a payment options by the due date?

We encourage you to choose your payment options by 24 hours prior to your next due date. If you are unable to do this you typically have until 3:00 PM PST the day of your due date.


What should I do if I can't make a minimum payment?

If you are unable to pay the minimum payment, you should contact us at support@paydayflash.com or call (866) 583-2819 or email: support@paydayflash.com to make other payment arrangements.


Is it possible to pay off my loan early?

PaydayFlash allows you to pay off your loan early and save money! Your interest is calculated daily. This means you are charged interest for only the days you had the loan. If you would like to pay off your loan early simply log on to your account as a returning customer, choose pay options, and pay off your loan. Your account page will give you the correct pay off amount for pay off that day. You may also email support@paydayflash.com or call (866) 583-2819 or email: support@paydayflash.com.


If my loan is paid off, how long do I have to wait to apply for another loan?

It typically takes 5 -7 business days for your payoff to clear and settle through our bank. However, we can typically issue you a new loan the next business day if you fax or email us your online bank statement showing the full payoff to PaydayFlash and your bank account has a positive bank balance.


How do I change my due date?

If you cannot make payment on your due date, you may send an email to support@paydayflash.com or call (866) 583-2819 or email: support@paydayflash.com to request extra time.

We at PaydayFlash would rather change your due dates to match your pay dates so that NSF fees are not incurred by either parties. If after your loan is issued, and you notice your pay and due dates do not coincide, please feel free to call (866) 583-2819 or email: support@paydayflash.com or email us at support@paydayflash.com, to make this happen.

In order to change your due date past one week, current interest charges must be paid by the original due date to do so.


How do I pay off the full loan?

To pay off your loan, go to the “My Account” section of our Web Site, from this section you will have an option to pay your loan off in full… principal and interest. You will need to click on that option and your checking account will be debited as of that date for the full loan amount. If you pay off before the maturity of your loan, your interest will be prorated to save you money. What happens if I can’t get to a computer the day the loan is due?

You can access PaydayFlash web site from any computer with internet access. Most local public libraries, Internet cafes, and postage/office stores will have computers that you may use. You can also call (866) 583-2819 or email: support@paydayflash.com and one of our customer service representatives can assist you in your payment. If you cannot make it to a computer by the due date, and if no other arrangements have been made, we will automatically deduct the full remaining principal balance of your loan plus any interest due. To save you time, all payments will be electronically taken from you checking account unless you had made previous payment arrangements.



Can I remember my e-mail address on this computer?

During your login, we may ask if you want us to save your email. If you select this option the next time you login from your computer we will remember your email address.
